Embossed Prints

Inspired by the earliest writing system in the world, hieroglyphics were discovered in ancient Egyptian pyramids and tombs they could not be read. The unique form of writing, they knew they had meaning but no one knew how to interpret them.

 My reflection symbols and depictions of Black culture, with the material and aesthetics referencing my historical past and spiritual beliefs.
